Breast Cancer. What comes to mind are the names: names of the people we know who have it, had it or have already succumbed to it. There isn't a woman out there whose knee jerk reaction to the words 'breast cancer' doesn't fill them with dread and utter panic. Whether it is people we love, hate or are otherwise strangers, we all share this emotionally joyless ride towards a hopeful recovery if we are the (un)lucky ones to be diagnosed with it.
