Yet again, Katherine Hepburn was named as a designer's muse this season. But it sure as hell wasn't by Keanan Duffty. With Motorhead blasting in the background, punks, rocker boys and rocker girls strutted their stuff alongside ripped jeans, the Union Jack, Queen Lizzy's face and more ripped jeans. Billy Idol would be so damn proud, but what about that white wedding? Surely a suit or two in there would have helped. We asked ourselves:'When does designer punk lose it's rebel status? Is Keenan Dufty inspired simply by punk or by being a rebel?'. When ripped jeans have become so mainstream, perhaps what was establishment becomes rebellious. Bring on the ripped suit pants.

But hey, I'm just thankful for not seeing another "pretty-feminine-flowery" show this season. Every little bit helps. [Rania Abu Eid] more...
