The Twinkle show is one that I can't help but smile about. The collection was full of charm and optimisim. The Twinkle girl is "dreamy-eyed and innocent," and she loves her clothes. The soft silk dresses were playful and fit loosly under thick chunky knit jackets. Lovely geometric prints scattered over tops and dresses, while hems were tucked under and balloon like. Twinkle's accessories enhanced her presentation as charm filled necklaces and delicate pins were part of the mix. It's this non-calculated layering collage of colors and proportions, that makes this a look many strive for. The designer herself, Wenlan Chia, is the best example of the Twinkle girl, instead of the usual bow at the end, she came down the runway laughing as she was pulled by her dog.
