The PR seemed a little heavy. Perhaps it was the juxtaposition of the beautiful staircase with microphone wearing black suited officials. Perhaps it was the fact that the plans for the presentation seemed to have changed and that there was anxiety in the air. Perhaps perhaps.

Models entered the room and milled around in front of the crowd. It was a little claustrophobic, but that seemed to get everyone going. The palette was autumnal (this is after all a Brit reviewing a Brit) excepting the 80's color prints, but yet again one wonders how women manage to stay warm in the Fall. There were some great prints and interesting combinations of jackets and bloomers. [Mike Hartley]
