Moving away from last season?¢‚Ç¨‚Ñ¢s venue at Radio City Music Hall, the Baby Phat show, at the Bryan Park Tents this year, still stands as one of the most entertaining shows of fashion week. This season Kimora Lee gave us her own take of the classic stewardess uniform. But of course, this being the Baby Phat line, over the top glam came through in every look. Hot pant bodysuits trimmed with metallic edges dominated the catwalk and were accessorized with luxurious furs and leather gloves above the elbow. Tweed jackets and mini bloomers provided the day wear for the Baby Phat babe while draped jersey mauve dresses and mini chiffon blousons gave way to evening. This does at times seem to be Kimora Lee?¢‚Ç¨‚Ñ¢s fantasy collection, designed for women who choose to wear short shorts in the winter and rarely any pants.
