As with past seasons there was a lot of loose draping and oversized pieces in ultra soft fabrics. The colors were solids in varying neutrals and a few splashes of color. Soft silky and sheer bras made many guest appearances. She is still proud of her intimate wear, and seems to design some of her street clothes to show off her more delicate work. You can be part granola, part Fifth Avenue can't you? Araks Yeramyan, the creator of the Araks collection entirely constructed of cotton would say yes. Concentrating on comfort and cleanliness, Araks sent her models out with fresh faces and hair completely out of their faces, decorated with braids. You could imagine Wendy from Peter Pan. Silk was used to play multiple characters in the Araks drama: indigo knee length pleated skirts, simple sleeveless tops, and an indigo blazer that vibrated with color. Have your cake and eat it too?
