Infantjoy :: Melody Coming from Afar

Infantjoy :: Melody Coming from Afar. Eclectronic, ambient, conceptronica, pop, classical?
Infantjoy consists of James Banbury, formerly of The Auteurs, and Paul Morley, formerly of Art of Noise. They work together in a studio at the bottom of a garden fishing for sounds and searching for meaning until music appears that can only be by Infantjoy. "Where the Night Goes", their debut album, features tracks "Ghosts", a sublime cover of the Japan song with vocals by Sarah Nixey, and "Departure", both of which are streaming for you in this feature along with an interview, and can be enjoyed alongside our exclusive photo-shoot made in said garden by Michael Putland. Infantjoy's music is available through Service AV. more...
